We are an American owned and operated Michigan company operated by Scott Baumgart.  We are a collaborative team of like minded Michigan Real Estate Investors, connected by a network of professionals in all discipline's of MI Real Estate.

Michigan Property Investors and our network has been actively dealing in distressed, REO, foreclosure, discounted, bank owned and short sale property for nearly 15 years.

Scott Baumgart holds an MBA, BA and AA.  He also has several MI licenses; such as an insurance, property, casualty, life and health, a financial series 6 and 63, and is a Notary. 

Scott also participates in many charity fund raisers, with Toys for Tots being his favorite.  Scott is married and has two young children.  Scott also belongs to the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4121, the Utica-Macomb Masonic Lodge #64 and is a Shriner.

Scott began investing in real estate 15 years ago and discovered many secrets to getting good deals through maintaining a strong network of like minded peers and developing strong industry relationships.  Scott has turned this casual hobby into an investing machine that he hopes to pass on to his children some day.  The dream of Michigan real estate investing is something he has been able to bring to others.

Scott enjoys helping qualified first time home buyers purchase their first home, helping those get out from under the stress of foreclosure  and likes the rewards of making a good return on assets for select qualified partners and himself.
